ACCESSIBILITY MEASURES

BARRIER-FREE ACCESS FOR AN INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE

At Capitol, we strive to ensure accessibility for people with reduced mobility or disabilities in all our venues so they can enjoy our shows.

We have an elevator on all floors and designated spaces for people with reduced mobility in each of our three venues. We process tickets directly at the box office or by phone to ensure they are used correctly.

Once you purchase your tickets, our staff will accompany you at the main entrance on the day of the show and show you the way to the venue.

It's important to note that the amphitheaters have stairs on each floor, both inside and accessible from the lobby. Therefore, we recommend purchasing them in Hall 1, in the stalls, and contacting us for tickets in Halls 2 and 3.

Are there accessible toilets for reduced mobility?

Yes, we have two adapted bathrooms. One is on the main floor or ground floor and the other is on floor -1, there is a lift to go down.

Where do I enter if I am in a wheelchair if the hall outside has steps?

Once you arrive at the main door, our colleagues who manage access to the rooms at the door will show you the way (the entrance is around the corner from the Schweppes building on st. Jacometrezo).

Can I go with a wheelchair to the show?

Yes, in room 1 we have 4 wheelchair spaces and if you prefer to be seated in the theatre, (the staff can help you) you can buy any seat in the aisle.

If you are in room 2nd or 3rd, there is a lift to go down to floor -1 and you can enter directly into the theatre, and as soon as you enter you will find the wheelchair spaces. Both halls have steps inside them.

Where can I manage my tickets with functional diversity?

Contact us by phone at 915222229, from 3:30 p.m. onwards or by e-mail at produccion@capitolgranvia.com.

Is there access for reduced mobility?

Yes, once you arrive at the main door of Capitol, the manager or person at the door will direct you to Jacometrezo (around the corner from the Schweppes building, the first red door).

Reduced visibility seats.

These seats usually have a lower price, since you can see the show, although they may be close to elements that take away visibility or make you uncomfortable. They may also be located on the sides or very close to the stage.
