How should I pay for my tickets?
For cinema tickets you can buy online, paying by credit card, and at the box office you can pay by cash or credit card.
For theatre tickets at the box office and online payment must be made by card.
Is it necessary to print the tickets to access the venue?
No, it is not necessary to have them printed. You can show them from your phone.
Is there any discount available?
In cinema on Wednesdays is the day of the spectator, and tickets cost 4,60€.
In Theater there are no discounts, unless they are activated at a certain time.
We do not have discounts for large families, students, or functional diversity, are there any discounts available?
What happens if I come to see a leading or supporting actor and he/she is not performing that day?
The cast of the shows may be subject to last minute changes or substitutions.

Both amphitheaters (club on floor 1 and mirador on floor 2) have stairs inside them. To avoid them, it is recommended that you buy them in the stalls.

These seats usually have a lower price, since you can see the show, although they may be close to elements that take away visibility or make you uncomfortable. They may also be located on the sides or very close to the stage.
In case an event/show is cancelled, what happens to my tickets?
If there is a situation of cancellation of the event, we will contact you, (with the data obtained by registration, via email or phone). And we will process the refund of the full amount of the tickets.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds of tickets for any show programmed in our venue, Teatro Capitol. Therefore, this means that the full amount paid will not be refunded. Before making the payment of the tickets is indicated in the conditions of purchase.
